Internal rules concerning facilities that are open to the public - Amphitéâtre 3000

Access to shows:

All members of the public, whatever their age, must be in possession of a fully-paid ticket, an invitation or a document giving them the right to access the premises.

Since all shows start at the time indicated on the ticket, any members of the audience who arrive late shall only be allowed to access to the Amphitheatre/Hall during a break in the show, and if their place/seat is still accessible. For shows with numbered seats, access to a specific seat can no longer be guaranteed after the show has started.

Any person who leaves the premises shall not be allowed to re-enter the building.

Age:

Children under the age of 5 years old, even if accompanied by an adult, are advised not to enter the Amphitheatre/Hall due to the high noise level.
Children under the age of 5 years old shall only be allowed to enter the Amphitheatre/Hall after their legal guardian has signed a waiver releasing the facility and its management from any liability.

The Amphitheatre/Hall reserves the right to refuse access to minors under 13 years of age, who are not accompanied by an adult and who cannot provide proof that their parent(s) has/have authorised them to attend the show. No reimbursement shall be due in this case.

Access for Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM) and Disabled Persons:

Disabled persons or persons with reduced mobility (PRM) are given priority in the queue and enter the Amphitheatre/Hall first.

The Amphitheatre/Hall has 8 PRM seats and cannot guarantee a PRM seat to anyone that has not purchased this specific category of seat.

The lifts in the building may only be used by people with reduced mobility or disabled persons.

Safety/Security:

If the venue management or the event organiser deems it necessary to set up a security check at the entrance to the premises (i.e. the visual inspection/search of hand luggage and/or a pat-down search conducted by specialised personnel), all the members of the public/audience must accept to be searched.

Any person who refuses to be searched shall be denied access to the premises, without any entitlement to a reimbursement.

Equally, any member of the public/audience who does not comply with these internal rules or who disrupts public order may be refused entry to the facility, or expelled from it, and shall duly lose any right to a ticket reimbursement.
