A DEDICATED EXHIBITOR SERVICE

Lyon events' four venues have dedicated "exhibitor service" teams made up of trade-specific experts, who are committed to making your event a genuine success. Our Contract Managers work hand in hand with you to build your project, proposing the most suitable venue and the best period to ensure maximum impact and attendance figures. Our dedicated Project Managers act as your key contact during the project roll-out, listening to your needs, and anticipating and managing all the operational and logistical aspects of your event. In parallel, the Exhibitor Service team offers a comprehensive range of services to meet all your exhibitors' needs before, during and after the event. 
 

Made up of trade experts, our team provides the exhibitors at your event with tailor-made assistance and advice concerning stand design, fixtures and fittings, whether they opt for a bare space (space only) to be fitted out by their chosen stand provider or a shell-scheme (pre-equipped) stand.


During the event, they provide after-sales support and are on hand to welcome and help exhibitors whenever necessary during the event.
The range of services provided includes the layout and installation of shell-scheme stands, audiovisual equipment, furniture rental, on-stand catering, floral decorations and logistical services, such as internet and telephony.

Moreover, our Exhibitor Service department provide complete packages, including electrical connection boxes, fixtures and fittings for overhead signage, stand structures and lighting. They manage customer relations from the initial order to the final invoice, checking the plans and technical feasibility and coordinating installations on the stands with service providers before the exhibitors arrive.
