Our F&B Department

 

The Matmut Stadium provides a wide range of catering services for all your events. Our F&B team and our high-quality, approved caterers will meet your every need, whether you are planning a business lunch, a gala dinner or a buffet reception.  

 

For your conventions and seminar days, we offer a range of all-inclusive packages that include: a welcome coffee with a selection of Viennese pastries, a mid-morning break, lunch and a tasty mid-afternoon break.

 

If you are organising an exhibition or road-show event, we recommend that you put in place a non-stop refreshment service, a buffet lunch reception (with a culinary workshop), meal trays or lunch boxes for your exhibitors and, last but not least, a mid-afternoon snack and drinks reception to round off the event.

 

If you are organising a festive reception or celebration, we can put in place everything you need, from the apéritif to the dessert, whether for a sit-down meal or buffet reception!
Sophisticated buffets or street-food-style receptions, chefs who prepare food in front of the guests, thematic dinners and more. Everything is possible!

The Brasserie du LOU Rugby is located in the very heart of the Matmut Stadium complex and is open every lunchtime from Monday to Friday, as well as on match days.

 

The Brasserie is where great food and rugby come together, a meeting point for LOU Rugby supporters, partners and players.

A great atmosphere and delicious cuisine, the passion for rugby and French gastronomy rolled into one. 

 

For large-scale events, the Brasserie can be privatised for the whole day or the evening: please contact us for more information.

Boasting 25,000m² of floor space, three auditoriums (theatre halls) and numerous meeting rooms, the Lyon Convention Centre is in a class of its own.

"The contact with Marlène was great; she was really responsive and always understood our problems and requests. On site, Rémi was very helpful and the GL teams were extremely available and friendly. The day before final set-up, the teams anticipated the installation of the lighting and lifting the trussing into position so that the decorators could install fixtures and fittings ahead of schedule, which meant we could start rehearsals in good conditions at 4pm. The teams adapted quickly to some last-minute adjustments we wanted to make to the lighting garlands, which included a few small additions that were even not invoiced, so we were very grateful for that.
