"The contact with Marlène was great; she was really responsive and always understood our problems and requests. On site, Rémi was very helpful and the GL teams were extremely available and friendly. The day before final set-up, the teams anticipated the installation of the lighting and lifting the trussing into position so that the decorators could install fixtures and fittings ahead of schedule, which meant we could start rehearsals in good conditions at 4pm. The teams adapted quickly to some last-minute adjustments we wanted to make to the lighting garlands, which included a few small additions that were even not invoiced, so we were very grateful for that. Christophe did a top-notch job. Well done to Julia for responding to the customer's last-minute request concerning the stands for the exhibits. A great success! A big thank you to everyone!"

"We would like to thank you once again, as well as all the staff who worked on our Annual Convention. There were a number of positive points I would like to mention; not least the constant support and help, both before and during the event. We particularly appreciated the friendly contact and exchanges, as well as your advice, availability and flexibility. On the day of the event, all the technical, security and catering staff were really welcoming and helpful. The choice of service providers, Diverty Event and Fanfare Express, was excellent.
The service quality was fantastic and the staff were really dynamic, which helped to create and maintain a great atmosphere for our teams throughout the day! The speech given by Pierre Lassus's was perfect for our project. His story was really an inspiration for everyone, especially for our managers. The catering was completely in line with our expectations and, as you noted, that was a key point for us! 😉The photography service was also really good. We've just got the official photos back and we're happy with them. All in all, it was a great success and a fantastic day for us. Marine, myself and the entire management team would like to thank you for making sure our convention was such a success."

"The team helps to prepare the project; they listen to the customer's needs and are pro-active. They make sure you benefit from all their expertise concerning the venue's spaces and facilities. A friendly, dynamic, responsive and highly professional operational team - a real pleasure to work with! The venue is really pleasant to work in, very functional and well-maintained. Access is really easy, both in terms of deliveries and welcoming participants. As regards recycling, we worked with the "Be Re UP" agency to ensure the raw materials would be re-used. The venue already has an active CSR policy, with waste sorting and water fountains available. The rotation of the teams is really smooth; they are well-organised and all the information gets passed on from one team to another."
